Delivery Zones
Unicorn Tote Rentals is based in Yellowknife, NT and proudly serves customers throughout Yellowknife and surrounding areas. We offer free delivery and pickup within Yellowknife and Ndilo, making your move easier and more convenient. For locations outside of Yellowknife, delivery is available at a rate of $2 per kilometre, with service available up to a maximum distance of 110 km. If you are unsure whether your location falls within our delivery area, please feel free to text us at 867-445-4117 and we’ll be happy to help.
How Delivery Works
After placing your order, you will receive a link to pay a $250 damage deposit within 7 days of receiving your order; this deposit helps cover any potential loss or damage during your rental period, and full details can be found in the rental terms at https://unicorntoterentals.ca/rental-agreement/
After your damage deposit has been paid, you can select your preferred delivery time from the available time slots using our online booking calendar.
Once your delivery is booked, you can easily choose a convenient pick-up time that works best for you from our available scheduling options.
On your scheduled delivery day, your totes will be delivered within your selected time window and placed right at your home for a smooth and stress-free start to your move.
On your scheduled pick-up day, our team will return to collect the totes so you can relax and not worry about returning them yourself.
Delivery & Pick-Up Times
We offer delivery and pick-up services seven days a week between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM to give you flexible scheduling options that fit your move. When booking your delivery or pick-up, you’ll be able to select a convenient 1-hour time window from the available times in our online calendar. If you need a time outside of our regular hours, please send us a text at 867-445-4117 before booking your package and we’ll be happy to check availability. These are our typical operating hours and may be adjusted when needed.
Easy Pick-Up Process
Once you have finished unpacking, your totes will be collected during your scheduled pick-up time. Please make sure you or someone on your behalf is available during the selected 1-hour time window so we can complete the pick-up smoothly and keep everything easy and stress-free.
Local Pick-Up & Return Option
For added flexibility, you can choose to pick up and return your totes yourself to save on delivery and pick-up fees. Local pick-up and returns are available at 4600 50th Ave, Yellowknife, NT between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please make sure you bring a suitable vehicle that can safely transport the totes, when arriving for pick-up.
